Andrés Jaramillo Botero

Andrés has over 20 years of experience in the mobility business. He began his career in the financial sector, working for 13 years with Grupo Bancolombia as part of Renting Colombia, a full-service leasing company. Andrés started as Regional Manager in Cali and Bogotá, later becoming General Manager in Peru, and ultimately serving as the company’s CEO.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración (CESA), an MBA from Schiller International University, and a Master’s in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from OBS Business School (University of Barcelona).

Jean François Joachim Peñuela

Jean François has over 12 years of experience in investment banking, including corporate finance and private equity fund structuring.

He has led the structuring and closing of cross-border transactions and secured funding for over 20 private equity funds, managing total assets exceeding $2 billion from institutional investors in Europe and the U.S.

He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration and a Master’s in Banking and Finance from the University of Paris II – Assas in Paris.

Antonio Luis Carbonell Reyes

Antonio has over 15 years of experience in structuring, planning, and operating urban transportation systems and has provided technical advice to governments across Latin America. His expertise includes structuring public tenders, conducting technical analyses for new businesses, developing public transportation policies, and evaluating investment opportunities for private concessionaires.

He has extensive experience in electromobility, urban transportation planning, and operations, participating in projects requiring technical analysis of public tender strategies, technical due diligence for electric bus operations, feasibility studies for a PPP in electromobility, defining a transportation model based on mobile data, redesigning public transportation services, organizational transformations, and diagnosing transportation services.

Natalia García Montoya

Natalia has over 10 years of experience in administrative law, public concessions, and transport projects and policies across Latin America. She has worked at top-tier law firms, as a consultant on legal structuring for transport authorities and policymakers in Colombia, and as general legal advisor for transport operators in Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) systems in Bogotá, Peru, and Chile, as well as for the first regional light rail project in Colombia (Regiotram de Occidente).

Her private sector experience is complemented by her work in research and policy as a member of the World Resources Institute and the WRI Ross Center for Cities, where she led the Coalition for Urban Transitions in Mexico and worked toward the national implementation of sustainable cities, including the decarbonization of transport systems in various cities.

Her legal background is further enriched by a Master's in Urban Planning from New York University (NYU), which allowed her to work on and understand transport policy and regulation while living in New York City and Mexico City.

Vladimir Castro Mendoza

Vladimir has over 23 years of experience in operations, logistics, and transport planning, public concessions, and transport projects and policies.

He worked at Transmilenio S.A. (a public entity) in operations, control, and programming, as well as in operational safety and the modernization of the control center. He then moved to Copa Airlines as Director of Operations Control and Dispatch. Later, he served as General Manager at Transambiental S.A.S. Returning to the aviation sector, he worked at Avianca S.A. as Director of Operations Control and Dispatch and as a leader in the restructuring of operational control, flight engineering, and dispatch. Most recently, he was Vice President of Operations at Arajet S.A. Today, he serves as Asset Management Manager at VGMobility.

He holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, a specialization in design and management of logistics systems from EAN University, and is a licensed commercial flight dispatcher certified by the FAA (the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration).

His expertise includes consulting on the implementation of urban transport systems, advising on aeronautical operations, developing technical concepts, conducting feasibility studies for engineering projects, and more.

Luiz Fernando Pedrozo

Luiz Fernando has worked in urban, tourism and special transport operations for more than 30 years and contributed to transport operators, consultants to governments in several Latin American countries. His experience includes evaluation of public tenders, technical analysis of new businesses, adoption of new technologies and management of operations, maintenance of fleets and infrastructure projects for transport.

He has experience in electromobility supporting energy companies, operators and manufacturers in the transition of transport operating models, participating in projects that require technical analysis of strategies, acquisition and technical evaluation of electric vehicles, adjustments of public transport services, organizational transformations and diagnostics of transport services.

He holds a Civil Engineering title by the Federal University of Paraná in Brazil with specializations in business management, quality and productivity and finance.

Mónica Hernández Caicedo

Mónica has worked in commercial, corporate, and contractual law, with more than 17 years of experience in top-tier law firms and as in-house legal counsel for renowned multinational companies. Her expertise includes structuring, negotiating, and managing contracts, advising on regional expansion processes in Latin America, and leading compliance and ethics programs. She has strategically supported companies in protecting their assets, mitigating risks, and optimizing corporate structures.

She has led legal teams across multiple jurisdictions (Colombia, Peru, Chile, Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina), driving corporate reorganization, standardization of legal processes, and renegotiation of real estate portfolios. Her strong academic background and strategic vision allow her to deliver legal solutions aligned with business objectives.

Sandra Fonnegra Pérez

Finance professional with an MBA, Ontological and Corporate Coach, and specialist in Human Management, with more than 20 years of experience in organizations with national and regional scope. Throughout her career, she has supported organizations in the development of their leaders and teams, aligning talent with corporate objectives to generate sustainable impact.

R. Andrew de Pass

Andrew joined Vitol Inc. in May 2018 as the Head of Renewable and Sustainable Investments, based in Houston, Texas. Vitol is the largest independent energy trader globally with 2023 revenues of over $400 billion. He is responsible for investments in the renewables and alternative energy sectors, as part of Vitol's energy transition efforts. Andrew has led Vitol’s over $1.5 billion investments in energy transition sectors in the US in the last few years and has also spearheaded Vitol’s entry into EV fleet solutions and sits on the Board of Directors of VC Renewables, VG Mobility, VBM Partners and Vortex Energy. Energy transition investments include solar, wind, energy storage and other renewable generation, EV fleet solutions, biofuels, waste-to-energy and grid services, etc.

Between 2013 and 2017, Andrew was Executive Chairman and then CEO of Conergy, a leading global downstream solar company which developed and constructed over 2 GW of solar projects around the globe. Previous experience includes: Partner at Kawa Capital Advisors responsible for private investments; a founding Partner, Senior Advisor and Advisory Board Member at Greentech Capital Advisors, a leading boutique investment bank focused on sustainable infrastructure; Founder and Head of Citi’s Sustainable Development Investments group, targeting investments in renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure; Managing Director at CVC International, Citi’s emerging markets private equity investments platform; and Vice President at Morgan Stanley in Equity Derivatives and Investment Banking.

Andrew received his Honors Business Administration in 1989 from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario with distinction and was awarded the Gold Medal for first place standing. In 1998, he received the Charter Financial Analyst designation.

Thomas Rueda Ehrhardt

Thomas is a Senior executive with over 22 years of experience in the Oil & Gas business across Europe, USA and Colombia.

He holds a BA Degree and has large experience designing investments structures and implementing strategic plans for complex contract negotiations.

He has Senior-ranking skills in corporate finance, asset management and strategic planning positions at BP, Talisman and Ecopetrol Group.

For 5 Years was a CEO of the Colombian major oil pipelines companies Cenit and Ocensa.
