He began his career in the financial sector, working for 13 years with Grupo Bancolombia as part of Renting Colombia, a full-service leasing company. Andrés started as Regional Manager in Cali and Bogotá, later becoming General Manager in Peru, and ultimately serving as the company’s CEO.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración (CESA), an MBA from Schiller International University, and a Master’s in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from OBS Business School (University of Barcelona).
Jean François has over 12 years of experience in investment banking, including corporate finance and private equity fund structuring.
He has led the structuring and closing of cross-border transactions and secured funding for over 20 private equity funds, managing total assets exceeding $2 billion from institutional investors in Europe and the U.S.
He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration and a Master’s in Banking and Finance from the University of Paris II – Assas in Paris.
Antonio has over 10 years of experience in urban transport planning and operations, providing technical advice to governments across Latin America. His expertise includes structuring public tenders, conducting technical analyses for new business opportunities, developing public transport policies, and performing investment analyses for private concessionaires.
He specializes in electromobility and urban transport planning and operations, having participated in projects requiring technical analyses of public tender strategies, technical due diligence for electric bus operations, feasibility studies for a PPP in electromobility, data-driven transport model definitions, public transport service redefinitions, organizational transformations, and transport service diagnostics.
Natalia has over 10 years of experience in administrative law, public concessions, and transport projects and policies across Latin America. She has worked at top-tier law firms, as a consultant on legal structuring for transport authorities and policymakers in Colombia, and as general legal advisor for transport operators in Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) systems in Bogotá, Peru, and Chile, as well as for the first regional light rail project in Colombia (Regiotram de Occidente).
Her private sector experience is complemented by her work in research and policy as a member of the World Resources Institute and the WRI Ross Center for Cities, where she led the Coalition for Urban Transitions in Mexico and worked toward the national implementation of sustainable cities, including the decarbonization of transport systems in various cities.
Her legal background is further enriched by a Master's in Urban Planning from New York University (NYU), which allowed her to work on and understand transport policy and regulation while living in New York City and Mexico City.
Vladimir has over 23 years of experience in operations, logistics, and transport planning, public concessions, and transport projects and policies.
He worked at Transmilenio S.A. (a public entity) in operations, control, and programming, as well as in operational safety and the modernization of the control center. He then moved to Copa Airlines as Director of Operations Control and Dispatch. Later, he served as General Manager at Transambiental S.A.S. Returning to the aviation sector, he worked at Avianca S.A. as Director of Operations Control and Dispatch and as a leader in the restructuring of operational control, flight engineering, and dispatch. Most recently, he was Vice President of Operations at Arajet S.A. Today, he serves as Asset Management Manager at VGMobility.
He holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, a specialization in design and management of logistics systems from EAN University, and is a licensed commercial flight dispatcher certified by the FAA (the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration).
His expertise includes consulting on the implementation of urban transport systems, advising on aeronautical operations, developing technical concepts, conducting feasibility studies for engineering projects, and more.

Andrew received his Honors Business Administration in 1989 from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario with distinction and was awarded the Gold Medal for first place standing. In 1998, he received the Charter Financial Analyst designation.
Thomas is a Senior executive with over 22 years of experience in the Oil & Gas business across Europe, USA and Colombia.
He holds a BA Degree and has large experience designing investments structures and implementing strategic plans for complex contract negotiations.
He has Senior-ranking skills in corporate finance, asset management and strategic planning positions at BP, Talisman and Ecopetrol Group.
For 5 Years was a CEO of the Colombian major oil pipelines companies Cenit and Ocensa.
