The Santiago project was one of the largest electric bus tenders outside China, involving 1,200 buses distributed across five service units. Our approach focused on flexibility and the ability to manage multiple operators and manufacturers simultaneously, ensuring tailored solutions for each client.
We coordinated negotiations with six operators and five manufacturers to optimize the fleet and infrastructure combination. This process required strategic planning, interdisciplinary management, and a financing model backed by technical expertise, allowing operators to make informed decisions and improve operational efficiency.
As a result, we secured three of the five service units, incorporating 895 electric buses. This achievement solidifies our position as industry leaders and demonstrates our ability to execute large-scale projects with high levels of complexity.
