The Antofagasta project marked our entry into the Chilean market, working with operators who had no prior experience with electric fleets. Our role was key in training and technical support, ensuring they understood charger operations, bus specifications, and the functionality of the electric system.
Although the operator had selected the buses and designed the infrastructure before our involvement, we added value through rigorous construction oversight, ensuring compliance with technical standards. We also provided post-sales support, managing warranties and resolving operational issues.
Our constant presence facilitated the fleet’s commissioning, ensuring a smooth transition to electric mobility. This project reaffirms our ability to introduce new technologies in emerging markets and ensure their effective implementation.
