Our collaboration with Consorcio Express reaffirmed our ability to manage large-scale projects, with the renewal of up to 1,056 electric buses in the next 4 years. This initiative strengthened our relationship with Bogotá’s largest operator and reinforced our commitment to sustainable mobility.
The project presented key challenges, including the feasibility analysis for electrifying existing depots and the implementation of strategies to optimize infrastructure. Through a structured and collaborative approach, we designed solutions aligned with the operational requirements of Consorcio Express and TransMilenio.
This experience confirmed our adaptability and execution capabilities in complex environments, positioning us as strategic partners in the transformation of electric transport.
